As a Building Operations Executive, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our building operations, including maintenance, safety, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of building projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work.
• Use SAP and AutoCAD to manage project schedules and drawings.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management on the status of projects.
• Ensure that all building operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Building Services, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building operations or a related field.
• Certification in Building Maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
