In this role, you'll spend your days behind the bar, mixing drinks with precision and flair. You'll work closely with our culinary team to ensure our drink menu complements our food offerings, and you'll be responsible for training new staff and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks using premium spirits and fresh ingredients.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked and organized, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Train and mentor new bar staff to uphold our high standards of service and drink preparation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create drink pairings that enhance the dining experience.
• Handle cash transactions, track inventory, and manage bar supplies.
• Promote our bar and special events to guests, ensuring a lively and engaging atmosphere.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mixology and continuously improve your skills.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in using bar equipment, including shakers, jiggers, and blenders.
• Knowledge of a wide range of spirits, liqueurs, and mixers, with a focus on crafting unique and high-quality cocktails.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy setting.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for food and beverage culture, with a keen eye for presentation and flavor.
