📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver high-quality lessons in your area of expertise, ensuring students receive a comprehensive and engaging education.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the college's curriculum and student learning objectives.
• Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them improve their academic performance and skills.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall learning experience and curriculum development.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.
• Participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities to support the college's mission and goals.

• Assist in the administration of exams and assessments to ensure fair and accurate evaluation of student performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in your teaching subject area or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a formal educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of educational theories and best practices in teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with educational technology and tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle or Blackboard.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Valid teaching certification or license, if required by the Indonesian government.
