📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for process digitalization in manufacturing and logistics.
• Analyze data and identify inefficiencies in current processes to propose innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tools and technologies.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digitalized processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend best practices.
• Provide training and support to employees on the use of new digital tools and platforms.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the digitalization of processes.
• Contribute to the development of metrics and KPIs to measure the success of digitalization initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and process improvement in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of digitalization tools and technologies, including ERP systems, data analytics, and automation software.
• Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
