CV Sentosa Cempaka is seeking a talented and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, fueled, and ready for use. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the smooth operation of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, and other transportation assets.,Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and inspected according to manufacturer guidelines and company policies.,Oversee fuel management, including ordering, tracking, and reporting on fuel consumption.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule vehicle usage and ensure timely delivery of goods or services.,Monitor vehicle performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and other related activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
