📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage quality control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent experience in a leadership role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing high-volume restaurants and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
