Finns Beach Club is seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, managing legal risks, and providing strategic legal advice to the management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and entertainment law, with a proven track record in managing legal matters for a premium beach club and hospitality group.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the legal compliance of the company's operations, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.,Manage legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate potential liabilities.,Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.,Provide legal counsel on employment matters, including hiring, termination, and workplace policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.,Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations as required.,Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure proactive legal strategy.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in legal management, with a focus on hospitality and entertainment law.,Proven track record of managing legal matters for a premium beach club or similar hospitality group.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws, labor regulations, and business laws.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with legal software and technology tools is a plus.
