📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the procurement process from vendor selection to contract negotiation and execution.,Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.,Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new procurement opportunities.,Conduct regular supplier audits and evaluations to ensure quality and performance standards are met.,Prepare and present procurement reports and recommendations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and legal requirements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
