📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.,Lead and manage the strategic sourcing process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new sourcing opportunities.,Conduct supplier performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.,Develop and maintain supplier diversity initiatives to promote inclusion and equality.,Liaise with legal and procurement teams to ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.,Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation.,Proven track record of achieving cost savings and operational efficiency.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
