📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and execute recruitment processes from start to finish, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process.,Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure the best fit for the role and organization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Provide regular reports and updates to clients and management on recruitment activities and progress.,Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless and efficient recruitment operations.,Manage and maintain the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and efficient data management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in staffing operations or recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
