As an Assistant Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting the crew in performing their duties, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy environment, both inside and outside the hotel.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the crew in performing their duties, including cleaning, maintenance, and other tasks as required.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, both inside and outside the hotel.
  • Ensure that all areas are stocked with the necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Adhere to the company's policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with cleaning and maintenance procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Flexible and willing to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of English (spoken and written).
