📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of operational activities.,Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations.,Provide support in managing and maintaining operational documentation and records.,Assist in the resolution of operational issues and challenges.,Support the operational manager in achieving operational goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational or managerial role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP or operational management software is a plus.
