📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the retail sales floor, ensuring a clean and organized environment.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product information and purchases.,Stock merchandise and maintain accurate inventory records.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Assist in training new employees on retail sales techniques.,Conduct regular sales reports and provide feedback to the sales team.,Participate in store events and promotions to boost sales.,Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English skills a bonus.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
