📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations and management of the store, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement and maintain store standards and protocols.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels and turnover.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
