🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in boutique management or similar roles in the fashion retail industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing boutique sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with fashion retail software like VISUAL MERCHANDISING SYSTEM (VMS) or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
