📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage and lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.
  • Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or automotive services industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian languages.
