Lead and manage change initiatives across the Real Assets and Real Estate portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.,Develop and implement change management strategies, including project planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.,Oversee the delivery of change projects, including the coordination of resources, timelines, and budgets.,Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.,Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and best practices within the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and clients.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in the real assets and real estate sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.,Proven experience in change management, with a focus on the real assets and real estate sector.,Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.,Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Certifications in change management or project management are a plus.
