GLEAM Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Senior Accountant to join our team in Pontianak. As a Deputy Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the accounting functions of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as providing strategic financial advice to the management team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and provide support in tax planning and compliance activities.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the company.,Provide training and guidance to junior accountants and staff on accounting procedures and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures is a plus.
