As a Desk Collection at CV Sinar Mitra Corporindo, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Job Description:
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries
Manage front desk operations and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Assist with guest reservations and special requests
Monitor and manage front desk inventory
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with front office systems and software
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Previous experience in a high-end resort or hotel is a plus
