Point Gate Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles, as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Perform regular vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure they are in optimal condition.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to fleet services.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement fleet improvement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
