As a General Affairs professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the overall business needs of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage office administration tasks including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office records.,Handle office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a functional and comfortable work environment.,Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, both internally and externally.,Support the HR department with recruitment processes, including conducting interviews and maintaining employee records.,Handle office security and access control to ensure a safe working environment.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of company newsletters and other communications.,Oversee the company's waste management and recycling programs to promote sustainability.,Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate or administrative environment.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR processes and procedures is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
