- Conduct thorough market analysis and property valuation to inform decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in property management and business development, with a proven track record of success.
- Certification in Property Management (CPM) or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong understanding of local Bali market trends and regulations.
- Proficient in using property management software such as Yardi and Salesforce.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
