Glow Code Mandiri is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and eager to make a difference in a growing company.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resources management. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that the company's human resources policies and procedures are implemented effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure that the company's human resources policies and procedures are implemented effectively.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a human resources role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
