📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Process payroll and manage employee benefits.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making.,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial statements.,Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.,Provide support to the finance team in budgeting and forecasting.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related roles.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
