As a Karting Track Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in our daily operations, from assisting customers with equipment to monitoring track conditions and ensuring smooth operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with karting equipment, ensuring they are properly fitted and safe.
• Monitor track conditions and report any issues to maintenance staff.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including pre-race inspections and post-race checks.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
• Assist with track setup and breakdown, including setting up and removing barriers, cones, and other track markers.
• Work closely with the race director to ensure smooth race operations and timely completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the karting area and restrooms.
• Promote the track and its events to attract new customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a karting track attendant or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and equipment handling.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with karting equipment and track maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 kg.
