PT Dinamika Kencana is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Monitor bank reconciliations and maintain accurate bank records.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Maintain and update accounting systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
