Pratama Cargo is looking for a Lead Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our logistics services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and maintain vehicle performance and efficiency.,Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve operational efficiency.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Provide training and support to drivers and other fleet staff.,Manage relationships with third-party service providers and vendors.,Report and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing and coordinating fleet operations.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
