📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and dispense medications to patients according to prescribed protocols,Provide patient education on medication use, side effects, and proper storage,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate medication orders,Monitor and report any adverse drug reactions or medication errors,Maintain accurate records of patient medication histories and interactions,Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy protocols and procedures,Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and industry standards,Perform inventory management and order new medications as needed🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
