📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of tellers to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.,Process various banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Monitor and report on daily banking operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a positive customer experience.,Handle cash handling and reconciliation duties to ensure accuracy and security.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall success of the bank.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Teller or similar role in the banking industry.,Proven leadership and management experience with a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using banking software and systems.,Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in banking or customer service preferred.
