📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the patient care area.
  • Documenting patient care activities and maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Assisting with patient education and support.
  • Participating in continuous education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices in healthcare.
  • Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
  • Following all safety protocols and infection control measures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse in a healthcare facility.
  • Valid nursing license and certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
