📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a productive and motivated work environment.
• Implement and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) to enhance inventory accuracy and reduce operational costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align warehouse operations with overall business objectives.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure and hazard-free working environment.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations and management.
• Proven experience with warehouse management software (WMS) such as SAP or similar systems.
• Certification in Warehouse Management (CWM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
