• Manage and grow our ambassador network, ensuring high engagement and impact.
• Develop and implement strategic partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers.
• Create and manage community initiatives that align with our brand values and goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive engagement and growth.
• Analyze community engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to improve our programs.
• Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and community leaders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in community management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in community management, partnership development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing and growing ambassador networks.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Certification in community management or a related field is a plus.
