📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.,Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment tools and technologies to enhance the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
