📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.,Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for the company's operations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting, managerial accounting, and financial reporting.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
