🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership roles.,Proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR management systems and software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in remote team management is a plus.
