📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety regulations.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the required standards of service and food preparation.,Monitor and maintain food and beverage costs, and ensure that the restaurant is profitable.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.,Ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked with the necessary supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, as well as health and safety regulations.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
