Crown Village Abadi is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dili. This is an urgent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to make a difference in the real estate market.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and converting potential customers into buyers or renters of our properties. You will work closely with our marketing and customer service teams to ensure that our clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct property viewings and present our properties to potential buyers or renters.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with potential customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure that our clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
