As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance sales performance.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
