📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels.
• Prepare and dispense medications to patients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to TCM principles.
• Provide expert advice and consultations to patients and staff regarding the use and benefits of TCM products.
• Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Head Pharmacist to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits of the pharmacy to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to pharmacy operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a TCM clinic.
• Knowledge of TCM principles, herbal remedies, and acupuncture techniques.
• Familiarity with pharmacy management software, such as Meditech or Epic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Valid pharmacy license and certification as a pharmacist.
