📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and implementation of curriculum and educational programs for preschool-aged children.
• Mentor and support a team of educators, providing guidance on best practices in early childhood education.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement in teaching methods.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance the learning environment.
• Organize and facilitate staff training sessions to promote professional development and team cohesion.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant educational standards and regulations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that prioritizes the well-being and growth of both staff and students.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high standards across all centers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Child Development Associate, or similar).
• Strong understanding of national and international early childhood education standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and families.
• Proven ability to develop and implement innovative educational programs.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
