HR Generalist/Administrator

As an HR Generalist/Administrator, you will be responsible for managing employee records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. You will also be involved in recruitment activities, including advertising job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for creating a thriving workplace.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation of all HR-related information.
• Process payroll using SAP Payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
• Conduct recruitment activities, including advertising job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and filing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with SAP Payroll is a plus.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Papua.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
