Develop and implement people strategies that align with Figma's mission and values.,Build and lead high-performing teams by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.,Partner with leaders to drive engagement, retention, and development initiatives.,Design and deliver employee experiences that support our company's goals and values.,Lead and manage the People Operations team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of people services.,Collaborate with HR partners to develop and implement policies and programs that support our employees and the organization.,Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior leadership on people-related matters.,Measure and report on key people metrics to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

10+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field.,Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.,Strong understanding of people strategies and their impact on business outcomes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with leaders and teams across the organization.,Experience with designing and delivering employee experiences.,Familiarity with HRIS and other people tools.,Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
